Stress gehört zum Alltag vieler Menschen. Hunderte von Aufgaben, Verpflichtungen, Arbeit… Endlose tägliche “Probleme”, die unser Stresslevel jeden Tag in die Höhe schnellen lassen. Ohne es zu merken, beeinflusst Stress unser Leben. Symptome von Stress

Menschen mit einem hohen Maß an Stress und Angst kann man leicht erkennen. Obwohl Stress sich in jeder Person anders zeigt, kommt es häufig vor, dass Stress den Geisteszustand und den Humor der Menschen ernsthaft beeinträchtigt. Darüber hinaus beginnt eine Person mit einem hohen Stresslevel, an Stoffwechselproblemen oder körperlichen Beschwerden zu leiden. Bei manchen treten Bauchschmerzen auf, bei anderen Nesselsucht, Appetitlosigkeit oder übermäßiger Appetit, Schlaflosigkeit… der Körper ist sehr intelligent und beginnt sofort, Ihnen sehr deutliche Alarmsignale zu senden. Zeichen, die zum Nachdenken und Innehalten anregen müssen. 

Jeder fühlt sich ab und zu gestresst, Sie müssen sich keine Sorgen um sehr sporadische Episoden machen. Das Problem ist, wenn wir eine stressige Situation tagelang mit uns herumschleppen. Denn dann beginnt es, unsere Gesundheit und unser Wohlbefinden zu beeinträchtigen. Die gute Nachricht ist, dass die Beseitigung von Stress genauso möglich ist wie die Vorbeugung.

Stress ist eine Reaktion unseres Körpers auf eine Situation, die er als bedrohlich empfindet. Es ist ein Zustand unseres Geistes, der eine Reaktion im ganzen Körper hervorruft. Ein völlig stressfreies Leben ist nicht möglich, da Stress in bestimmten Situationen nützlich sein kann. Wenn zum Beispiel Ihr Leben in Gefahr ist, ist Stress normal und kann sogar hilfreich sein. In der Antike konnte Stress beispielsweise einem Menschen helfen, vor einem Löwen zu flüchten .

Sekundenlanges Stressgefühl kann uns beim Überleben helfen. Aber es schadet uns, wenn wir es ständig fühlen. Deshalb ist es wichtig, daran zu arbeiten, Stress abzubauen, aber auch, ihm vorzubeugen. Es ist möglich, ihn zu verhindern, bevor er auftritt.

  • Relativiere und lerne, dir über deine Prioritäten im Leben klar zu werden. Entscheiden Sie in Ihrem Alltag, was Sie zuerst tun müssen oder lernen Sie, NEIN zu sagen, wenn Sie sich überfordert fühlen.
  • Nehmen Sie sich täglich Zeit für Aktivitäten, die Ihnen Spaß machen. Kochen, lesen, Fahrrad fahren, mit Freunden reden… vernachlässigen Sie Ihre Hobbies nicht.
  • Den größten Teil des Tages denken wir über unsere Vergangenheit oder unsere Zukunft nach und verlieren dabei die Gegenwart. Genieße den Moment und sei nicht besessen.
  • Sport ist ein sehr nützliches Werkzeug, um Stress abzubauen und abzuschalten, um sich wieder mit dem zu verbinden, was wichtig ist.
